Cranbrook Care is looking for a Receptionist - Client Services Coordinator to join the team at our premier aged care residence, William Cape Gardens located near the Pacific Highway at Kanwal, a suburb of Wyong on the NSW Central Coast.

 

William Cape Gardens is a newly-renovated, state-of-the-art aged care residence catering to local residents of the Central Coast, providing the full spectrum of care and services including Dementia Care, Palliative Care and Respite Care.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for a caring and team-orientated Receptionist - Client Services Coordinator to join the team. You will provide administrative support to all areas of the residence and recognise that no two days are the same in aged care.

 

You will work in a team to assist with the administration tasks across the residence, including rostering, on boarding, preparation of timesheets for payroll, client services administration and general office duties.  

 

In this hands-on role, you will develop a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of our staff and our residents, enabling you to deliver exceptional client services that are responsive, inclusive and sensitive the diverse needs of our staff and residents. 

You will be supported by the Director of Care Services and a team of expert partners from the Cranbrook Care family.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous rostering experience
  • Working knowledge in timesheet processing
  • A professional and personable telephone manner
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Strong verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent personal presentation, outgoing and approachable personality
  • Willing to learn and be flexible
  • Able to work across a number of databases when trained
  • Good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A professional and personable telephone manner
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Be vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (including Booster)
  • Cert III in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification will be highly regarded
  • Experience working in Aged Care/Community Care or in a retail or Hospitality environment (desirable)
