Cranbrook Care is looking for a Bus Driver to join the team at our premier aged care residence, William Cape Gardens, located near the Pacific Highway at Kanwal, a suburb of Wyong on the NSW Central Coast William Cape Gardens is a newly renovate, state of the art aged care residence caterin to local residence of the Central Coast, providing the full spectrum of care and service including Dementia Care, Palliative Care and Respite Care. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Bus Driver in a part-time basis, 2 days per week, to take our lovely residents out for shopping and other external visits as part of our Leisure & Lifestyle program. In this hands-on role, you will develop a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of our residents, enabling you to deliver exceptional client service that is responsive, inclusive, and sensitive to diverse our residents' needs.
You will be supported by Leisure & Lifestyle staff on these outings. Days to be negotiated with the successful candidate. Skills & Qualifications - Able to drive 14 seater bus
- LR Drivers Licence preferred
- Safety conscious
- Previous experience working in an aged care is preferable

- Demonstrate a high level of ability in taking responsibility for own actions
- Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity in dealings with key stakeholders
- Willing to undergo NDIS check
